Don't Take Our Word For It!

I believe I have looked at every website that offers insurance software. Most of them claim that their system is the easiest to use, the most affordable, comes with free support, the one all others are measured by, and the best. They claim that their staff and development team consists of high level management executives from major insurance companies. (That sounds very impressive.)

They make statements like, "full featured", "exceeds expectations", "information on demand", "incorporated tomorrow's technology today", "fair price" and the list goes on and on.

If you have been looking through our website you have seen that we say "Your Insurance Office" (YIO) is the most affordable and easiest to use system available for Life and Health agents. That it provides agents with the information and organization they need to make more money. We also state that our Support is unlimited and toll free.

How do you know who or what to believe?

Let's take a look as some of those statements. I'm sure everyone thinks their program is the best. But best for who? The software company or the agent? "Free support", that is usually only after you purchase a contract with them. "The one all others are measured by". Who's doing the measuring, insurance executives? "Easiest to use". After you pay for extensive training? "Full featured". By whose standards? "Fair price". Who decides what is fair, the company? "Management and development team of former insurance executives." How many of you know insurance executives who have actually been in the field in the past few years? "Tomorrow's technology". How do they know?

Now let's look at what we say about "Your Insurance Office (YIO)". "Affordable/Fair Price". The single user version sells for $286.00, is that fair and affordable for an agent? (The commission from one sale will usually pay for the program.) "Free Support". The cost of the program includes unlimited, toll-free phone support. There are no contracts to purchase. There are no additional or annual fees, that's it, $286.00, that's all you pay.

"Full featured"? You tell us. (Users of v3.0 felt they needed more so we upgraded to v4.0.) Tomorrow's technology? If we were able to incorporate "tomorrow's technology" into "Your Insurance Office" today, there would never be a need for another upgrade. (Version 4.0 is our third upgrade in the last six years.)

Our "Management/Development team" doesn't have a single former insurance executive on it. Our team consists of me, a licensed, producing L&H agent, and the hundreds of successful, producing insurance agents from around the world who are current users of YIO. (We presently have users throughout the United States and in five foreign countries.)

But, "Don't take our word for it". Please visit all of the other sites that offer insurance software before you make a decision. When you do, look at the price, what "free support" really means, the added cost of additional modules and the annual fees and contracts they expect you to pay for.

Download their Demo, if they have one, and download ours. Then decide which one is the "easiest to use" and provides you with the information you need to retain more clients and sell more insurance.

"Your insurance Office" v4.0 has the features that hundreds of producing L&H agents have told us they need to make more money. Aren't those the features you are really looking for? Does that make YIO "full featured" also? It may, but only until agents using v4.0 tell us they need more.
